Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of your delivery. A 15% restocking fee will be applied for returns and waived for exchanges. Shipping fees are non-refundable, customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Returns must be in original condition and packaging. Sample Sale and Custom Orders are non-refundable.

Return Process
Email us at for return request, include reason for dissatisfaction. Ship return to below address using your traceable shipping carrier of choice; Camilla Christine is not responsible for lost packages. Refunds are processed within 3 business days and credited to the original payment method, allow 14 business days for funds to appear in your account.

Lead Times Vary by product & Longest Lead-time will apply to your order of multiple items. The Majority of our products are Handmade to order and can take up to 8 weeks to ships.  Some Jewelry items are now stocked and can ship out in 3-5 business days.

Rush Processing is available for an additional fee and can be selected at Checkout. 

All orders within the USA are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground (Chosen at Shipper's Discretion). Allow 3-5 business days for your package to arrive from date it ships. 

All International orders are shipped via DHL. Allow 3-5 business days for your package to arrive from the date it ships. 

Unexpected Delays can occur on occasion due to Customs Inspections. These delays are out of our control and we are not responsible for such occurrences. 

Tariff/ Duty Fees related to international shipping vary by country and ARE NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF CAMILLA CHRISTINE.  Buyer is fully responsible for researching and paying these fees and your package may be detained until they are paid in full.
