Returns and Exchanges

• Veils, Made to Order, Swatches, Sample Sale & Custom Orders are FINAL SALE!!!
• Jewelry, Hair Accessories, Garters, Handbags and Sashes are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery date.

All Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Shipping costs plus a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount but will be waived for Exchanges. 

Return Process
Email us at info@camillachristine.com for return request, include reason for dissatisfaction. If order is eligible for return a shipping label will be emailed to you.  Item/s must be in original, unworn condition and be shipped back in original packaging within 14 days of approved return request. A refund will be issued within 1-5 days after inspection of return.
