-RETURNS AND EXCHANGES-
Accepted within 7 days of receipt of item. Buyer is responsible for paying return shipment fee. 15% restocking fee for returned items. Original shipment fee will not be refunded. 15% restocking fee will be waived for exchanges. Item/s must be in original condition. Sale and Custom Orders items are FINAL SALE.
-CANCELLATIONS-
Accepted only within 24 hours of purchase. 15% restocking fee will apply after 24 hours.
-LEADTIME-
Lead Times Vary by product & Longest Lead-time will apply to your order of multiple items.
-RUSH ORDERS-
Rush Processing is available for an additional fee and can be selected at Checkout.
-DOMESTIC SHIPPING-
All orders within the USA are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground (Chosen at Shipper's Discretion). Allow 3-5 business days for your package to arrive from date it ships. All customers will receive tracking notification when your order ships.
-INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING-
You have the option between two Services at checkout:
1) DHL Express: Transit Time of 3-5 Business Days, Tracking Details Provided *Recommended
2) USPS International First Class: Transit Time of up to 15 business Days, Tracking Details Not Provided
-CUSTOMS DELAYS-
Unexpected Delays can occur on occasion due to Customs Inspections. These delays are out of the control of Camilla Christine, therefore not responsible for such occurrences.
-TARIFF FEES FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING-
Tariff/ Duty Fees related to international shipping vary by country and ARE NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF CAMILLA CHRISTINE. Buyer is fully responsible for researching and paying these fees and your package may be detained until they are paid in full. Please visit your country's customs website for information.
